Organic Vegan Emmer Croissant and Apricots
Our ICEA certified classic organic vegan croissant made with emmer flour, and apricot filling, containing no animal by-products, margarine with no hydrogenated fats, sweetened with agave syrup, natural flavours. Contains no milk or eggs.
Ingredients: emmer flour (wheat)* 31%, margarine* (shea butter*, sunflower oil*, water, concentrated lemon juice*, natural flavour), apricot filling* 20% (glucose-fructose syrup da mais*, apricot purée* 2%, gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid, natural flavours), agave syrup* 15%, natural yeast* 5,5% (from sourdough starter) (fsoft wheat flour*, water), emulsifier: sunflower lecithin*, soya flour*, barley malt*, natural citrus flavour, sea salt, natural vanilla flavour.
